General Information

Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order but all order under $25.00 will carry a handling fee of $5.00.     

Shipping:
All freight charges will be calculated after order is placed.  We will show the freight charge and handling (if applicable) when we confirm your order by email within 2 business days.  Shipping fees are calculated using U.S. Postal Service or UPS whichever is most economical.  Unless specify all international order under 50lbs will be ship via Federal Express.

Returns:
All return merchandise will carry a restocking fee of 20%.  Regularly stocked items are returnable prepaid in original, unopened cartons, with prior authorization, within 60 days of shipping date.  All customers must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before any return is done.  We will not accept any returns without RMA from us.   Any damaged item must immediately notify Teoh Scientific for return authorization.  Instructions will be provided so that prompt exchange, credit or adjustment can be made. 

Pricing:
Due to changing manufacturing, material and labor costs, prices are subject to change without notice. All orders received will be invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of shipment.

Discounts:

We offer discount on large quantity order.  Call, e-mail or fax us with your enquiries to see if your order qualifies for a discount.
